Hi, welcome to my blog. I hope you enjoy your stay. My name is Laura and this is where I showcase some of my recent sessions. I enjoy capturing memories through photographs. I tend to like to keep things simple. I like to focus on the "windows to our soul"-- the eyes. I feel a photograph should speak to you through the eyes.

I had the pleasure of recenlty photographing this little sweetheart. She was perfect throughout her photo shoot. She never fussed and was content in any position. Congratulations you two… enjoy her as much as you can while she is this small!
You heard me right! This gorgeous momma is having her baby tomorrow. I’m glad we were able to squeeze in a session so she could remember her last pregnancy. Good luck tomorrow and I can’t wait to meet little Cara!

I really need to get caught up on my blogging of the recent sessions. For now, here is Daniel. He’s the oldest of 5 kids and wanted some pictures in studio. He is a big fan of Twilight so we did a few “moodier” shots as well.

Right now my family and I are taking a much needed vacaion in San Diego. We just spent an amazingly gorgeous day at the beach and are truly loving the California sun right now. I have quite a few family sessions scheduled in the next couple of weeks and the number one question I get asked is… What should we wear? Well I hope to help answer that question with some California inspired outfits that are available now at local retailers…
I love these blue and lime green outfits. They scream SUMMER to me!
If the lime green is too bright for you, the more organic green in this combo is to die for!
I am a huge fan of black and white and Old Navy has quite the offering of black and white outfits right now…

I had so much fun capturing this mom’s pregnancy. She has an absolutely perfect round belly. We started in the studio and then were blessed with good weather to head outside for a bit. Enjoy your sneak peek. I can’t wait to meet your little man!
